About Me
I’m Michael Lespinasse, founder of u-knight, seeker of truth, and believer in the potential within us all.
My journey began in the inner world—healing old wounds, questioning inherited systems, and searching for a deeper sense of meaning. That path led me into a path of studying psychology, spirituality, and personal growth, leading me to unexpected places; boardrooms and leadership circles, where I now help organizations reimagine how we work, lead, connect .
Today, I serve as a Senior Business and Leadership Consultant, specializing in leadership development, culture transformation, and sales. I’ve had the privilege of working with teams and leaders at Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Uber, Intuit, Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, the U.S. Army, and many others.
Before consulting, I was an award-winning sales trainer and pharmaceutical representative and a professional actor.
My facilitation style blends authenticity, emotional intelligence, storytelling, and active listening. I believe leadership starts within. And change starts with honest conversation.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on a yoga mat or dancing Salsa, Bachata, or Zouk, staying connected to rhythm, joy, and movement.
